KEE PEST CONTROL INC. founder Vincent L. Kee established the business based on the idea he would continue the quality of pest control and termite service he was instrumental in developing with his 18 prior years of experience in pest and termite control. KEE PEST CONTROL INC. was incorporated in Memphis, Tennessee, on February 26, 1992 and has been providing quality pest control and termite services to Memphis and the surrounding areas since.

The Boss Lady - Stacey Kee-Reed
Stacey is the daughter of our founder, Vince Kee. She started her career with Kee Pest Control as a pre-teen, sorting index cards of customers in the family home that served as the first office for the business, some 28 years ago. Since her father’s passing, Stacey proudly carries forward his legacy of quality customer service as a Pest Control Operator. Stacey is dedicated to continual training of Kee team members in order to provide the most current and informed pest management programs to our customers. She is an avid reader, a new grandmother to identical twin boys, and loves to travel these United States, enjoying as many hikes and sunsets as possible.
General Manager - Andy Reed
Andy spent many years in the telecom world and left that industry to be a part of the family business. Andy is a graduate of the TDA Apprentice Termite Technician Program and made the only perfect score in his class on the identification portion of his licensing exam. Andy is a lifelong Memphian, grew up in Midtown, and loves the Tigers!
